Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP -  is at 198 Moore Drive, Suite 103, Lexington 40514, KY

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10 am – 6 pm M-F and 10 am – 4 pm Sat.  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

 There is free shipping on all orders $150 and above. 

 For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We don’t sell or ship internationally.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for all items bought in our online store.

The item needs to be unused and in its original condition.

We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@a1vacuumlex.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
