Drop-Off & Intake: Come in and drop the machine off with no appointment necessary, unless you are only visiting town for the day. We'll gather some background details and perform a quick diagnosis.

Up-Front Deposit: We collect a $30 up-front deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed or if parts are unavailable, but most people apply this to their repair cost or use it to buy a new vacuum from us.

39 Point Inspection & Diagnosis: Our technicians do a general inspection of your machine, checking 39 different points. We take a comprehensive look at everything that might be wrong with your vacuum, not just what you bought it in for.

The $30 Ceiling & Approval: Once we diagnose the problems with your machine, if we can repair it for $30 or less, we'll go ahead and do it. If the repair will cost more than $30, we will text you a quote and ask for your approval before proceeding.

Post-repair Quality Check: Once the repair is completed, your machine goes through a separate quality inspection. Again, we check 39 separate items to ensure that we haven’t missed anything. Only when your machine passes do we contact you to let you know it is ready for pickup.

Yes, we do. We can repair many of the common robot vacuum issues. However, if your problem involves the core electronic components of your robot, we can’t fix it because manufacturers don’t release these components to the third-party market. Put simply, we can’t get the parts.
What do I get for my $30 deposit?
One of our technicians will do a general inspection of your vacuum, covering 39 individual points, and identify all the problems. If they can fix it for $30 or less, they will. If the repair costs more than $30, we check whether the needed parts are available, prepare a quote that includes parts and labor, and send it to you. Then you decide whether to approve the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, your $30 applies to the purchase of a new vacuum.
