The Miele Classic C1 Pure Suction is one of the smaller machines in the Homecare series. Its size and the machine's castors enable it to quickly move around your home. In addition, it's lightweight, only 13 Ibs, and has an ergonomic handle, so it's easy and comfortable to pick up and carry.
The C1 Pure Suction has a total cleaning radius of 29.5 ft, which means less of your time is spent plugging the vacuum in and out.
The wand is telescopic, which means you can adjust it to suit your height. And it has simple controls, which include a rotary dial with six different suction power settings. So you can adjust the power of your machine to clean everything from drapes to carpet.
Three onboard tools on an external caddy clip to the hose. A small crevice tool, dusting brush, and upholstery tool. You can deal with most of your everyday cleaning challenges with these tools.
As a member of the Homecare series, there are also bonus tools for more specialized cleaning needs. They include the combination AllTeq Floor tool for hard surfaces and area rugs. This is your primary floor tool.
We need to stress that there is no electrical powerhead with this vacuum. And you can't come back later and retrofit one because the machine lacks the wiring to support it. So if you have a lot of wall-to-wall carpet, then this particular Miele is not the right one for you.
The Homecare line is Miele's dealer-only version of their leading canister vacuums. These machines are manufactured in Germany, and come with bonus tools. Plus, they have Miele's longest warranty of five years.
